Indiana courthouses. Details are shown of the ornate courthouse in Bluffton, Indiana. Flowers, leaves, filigree were among the patterns. The square carvings on the building to the right are flowers. This building is three stories and has a tall tower along one side. Click on the picture to see the detail.
The building looks so old it makes we wonder how they got such perfection in the details without all the modern technology we have today. Someone was a real artist!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful bldg. Are those rosettes in the pattern over the 3 windows? Wonderful details. June is right - have to admire the architecture of these old buildings, tremendously skilled artists, designers and craftsmen. I miss uniqueness in todays buildings.
