We visited Michigan for the 4th of July Holiday and had a great time with family and friends. No 4th is complete without a barbecue. Sadatoshi and our friend Ed were in charge of cooking hamburgers, bratwurst, hot dogs, corn on the cob and vegetables. It was so good. The hamburgers were an inch thick and one of them made a meal.
Mari and Kenny enjoyed posing on Ed's Harley motorcycle. Kenny definitely has the biker hair!
Of course, swimming was a main activity for all the kids and Ken had to see how big of a splash he could make!
My sister June has a wonderful garden that we spent an afternoon putting new plants in.
