We had a great time at the Indiana State Fair. Who wouldn't with offerings such as chocolate covered bacon, cotton candy, the dairy barn, deep-fried Twinkies? I tried a Pineapple Whip, a cross between ice cream and sherbert and it was so yummy. Steakburgers and chocolate ice cream were also on our dinner menu. You never know what the State Fair has to show, but it's always something unique and interesting. How about this sand sculpture of cattle at the beach--just too cute. From 7:00 p.m. till midnight Mari, Kenny and their friend Landon could ride all they wanted for $25.00. I think they must be getting old because they stopped around 10:00 p.m. and they used to go till midnight with no problem.
